1. Lawful, authorized use
Use services only for lawful purposes and with the permissions required for your software, data, and activities. Follow applicable laws and relevant game, platform, and software license terms. You are responsible for activity by users you authorize.
2. Prohibited activity
Do not host or distribute illegal content, child sexual abuse material, stolen credentials, phishing pages, malware, ransomware, or tools used to compromise others. Fraud, doxxing, credible threats, targeted harassment, and unlawful exploitation are prohibited. Do not distribute copyrighted material without permission.
3. Network and security abuse
Do not launch denial-of-service attacks, operate botnets, send spam, relay unsolicited bulk messages, or scan or access systems without authorization. Security research must remain within systems you own or have express permission to test, and must not disrupt shared infrastructure. Do not evade suspensions or conceal prohibited activity through another account.
4. Resource use
Remain within the CPU, memory, disk, network, and other limits confirmed for your service. Do not deliberately impair other customers or bypass technical limits. Cryptocurrency mining, public proxy or exit-node operation, and bulk-email services require prior written approval and must remain lawful. A bandwidth description does not authorize network abuse.
5. Reports and enforcement
Report abuse privately through Discord with the affected address, relevant timestamps and time zone, and a concise description. Provide only information necessary to investigate. We may restrict affected resources while investigating a credible incident. Where practical, we will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Serious or urgent threats may require immediate suspension or termination. We may preserve evidence or respond to lawful authorities when required.
6. Appeals
If you believe enforcement was mistaken, open a private support ticket with your order reference and supporting information. We will review the circumstances. Any refund or cancellation question remains subject to the Refunds & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
