1. Scope
This policy covers the Nexum Node website and information provided to our team for inquiries, orders, and support. Discord, payment services, and infrastructure providers operate under their own privacy terms for their own processing. The supplying legal person or entity and its contact details must be identified in your written order before payment.
2. Information on this website
The website includes a signed-in support portal. Support accounts use Discord OAuth with the identify permission. We receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar, and store that profile with your support account. We do not request your Discord password, email address, messages, or server membership. The hosting platform may separately require its own sign-in for a private preview; that access gate is separate from your Discord support account. The current site has no embedded payment form, advertising tracker, or analytics script. The terminal is a browser-only demonstration: commands and command history remain in page memory and are cleared when the page is reloaded or closed. The site does not send terminal commands to our team or execute them on a hosting server. The Copy Plan button writes selected plan details to your clipboard only when clicked.
3. Technical requests and cookies
Your browser necessarily sends technical information such as IP address, requested page, and browser headers to the website’s hosting and delivery providers. Those providers may maintain access or security logs and may use cookies for access control or security. The support account uses a Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite cookie for a seven-day session and a short-lived cookie to protect the Discord login process. Session tokens are stored as hashes in our database. Expired login states and sessions are removed during subsequent login starts. Signing out deletes the current session; it does not delete your support history. We use no localStorage. Discord access tokens are used server-side to retrieve your profile and are not stored as part of your account. Fonts are served using your device’s system fonts, without a third-party font request. Following Discord or payment links opens a separate service that may use its own cookies.
4. Inquiries, orders, and support
Support tickets and replies are stored in our support database. Ticket subjects, categories, priority, author display names, and message contents are sent to our support team’s Discord channel using a server-side webhook. Only the ticket owner and authorized support staff can access a ticket through the portal. When you contact us, you may provide your Discord username or ID, contact details, order reference, messages, and troubleshooting information. A completed hosting order may also involve billing contact details, payment status, service configuration, IP addresses, operational logs, and content you choose to host. Do not provide information that is unnecessary for your request.
5. How information is used
Information is used to answer questions, confirm and administer orders, provide hosting and requested support, investigate faults and abuse, secure services, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We do not use the current site for targeted advertising or sell information collected through it.
6. Payments and service providers
Payments are arranged using the payment method identified in your order. If a Stripe payment link is supplied, Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy policy; do not send full card numbers or security codes to us in a ticket. Necessary information may be handled by Discord, payment processors, data-center and infrastructure providers, and service vendors supporting your order. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or legal claims.
7. Hosted content
You control the information you place on your server and are responsible for providing notices and obtaining permissions required for your own users. Our team and infrastructure providers may process hosted data as necessary to supply, secure, or troubleshoot the service. If your project needs a data-processing agreement, a particular data location, or special handling, obtain written confirmation before uploading that data.
8. Retention and security
Records are retained as needed for the stated purpose, the active service, dispute resolution, and applicable legal or accounting requirements. Hosted-data deletion and backup-retention arrangements must be confirmed in your service order; a universal retention period is not promised here. Access should be limited to those who need it for an authorized purpose. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your requests and choices
Contact our team in a private Discord ticket to request access, correction, deletion, or information about handling your data. We may need to verify account ownership and may retain records where legally required or needed for an unresolved transaction or claim. Rights and response requirements depend on applicable law. You can also contact the relevant privacy regulator where you have that right. Disconnecting from Discord does not itself cancel a hosting subscription.
10. Children and international processing
Our purchasing process is intended for people legally able to enter a service agreement, or an authorized adult acting for them. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through this website. Contact us if you believe a child supplied such information. Providers may process information in countries other than your own; confirm any data-location requirements before purchasing.
11. Updates and contact
We will update this page when the website or service workflow changes. Where required, material changes will be communicated directly. Contact us through a private Discord support ticket for privacy questions or requests.
